Responsibilities
- Materials Procurement & Logistics: Coordinate with ODMs, stakeholders, and vendors to manage procurement, logistics, and readiness for BOM across programs. Place purchase orders (POs) as directed.
- Materials Planning & MRP Execution: Collaborate with supply/demand teams to maintain accurate subcomponent data, ensure on-time delivery, and drive MRP readiness.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate material risks such as shortages or disruptions, engaging with commodity vendors to ensure delivery.
- Supplier & Partner Management: Build good relationships with stakeholders, ODMs, and suppliers, managing schedules and capacities.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze demand/supply reports, track KPIs, and collaborate with inventory leads to optimize stock levels.
- Material Allocation Support : Partner with teams to support allocation decisions that maximize rack supply.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Around 5 years of experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain management, preferably in the technology industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams and time zones.
- Exposure to computer manufacturing, production, and configuration.
- Ability to quickly grasp hardware terminology and configuration components.
- Experience interfacing with partners in entrepreneurial, cross-functional environments.
