Job DescriptionYou will lead and coordinate all E&S work within new product development, product improvement and cost-out projects covered by the role. You will prioritize E&S activities and take ownership of deliveries across software, electronics/electrical and test. You will work closely with R&D, PMO and the Connectivity Center to align scope, timing and dependencies. You will follow up on E&S resources and budget connected to development projects. You will report progress and delivery status to the E&S management team. You will make technical decisions from a helicopter perspective, with focus on cost, timing, deliveries and what is good enough to move forward.
