About the role

As a Quality Engineer specializing in Manual Testing, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software solutions that meet business and user expectations. Responsibilities

  • Support knowledge sharing and contribute to building testing best practices within the team
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in manual testing and software quality assurance
  • Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management processes
  • Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases and documenting test results
  • Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios
  • Good collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing activities
  • Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
  • Experience in Application Quality Analysis and Quality Control (QC) practices
  • Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM)
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
