Banking Ops Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage daily communication with banking providers - via email, phone calls or other communication channels
• Monitor transactions - statuses, rates, fees
• Respond timely to ad hoc tasks to avoid delays/crisis
• Monitor account balances of banking providers
• Check refunded transactions with our banking providers
• Answer questions regarding bank transfers and support other departments within Payoneer
• Reconcile transactions in the database

Requirements

• Strong team player, problem solving mindset
• Proactive working attitude, willing to take ownership
• Detail oriented
• Microsoft Office - proficient in Excel and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good communication and service skills
• University graduate
• One year experience in Banks/Fintech industry
• Not a must but a great advantage:
