- Background & Experience
- Typically 8+ years' experience in marketing, commercial strategy, product marketing or proposition roles
- Experience in a direct-to-consumer environment (e.g. travel, retail, mobility, digital platforms)
- Proven ability to: Translate insight into clear, compelling customer propositions
- Deliver commercial impact (conversion, revenue growth)
- Strong analytical capability-comfortable working with data to identify opportunities
- Experience working cross-functionally across product, commercial and marketing teams

Senior Proposition Manager Avis Budget Group - International Location: Bracknell UK (min 3 days per week). Travel to Europe on average once per month Fluency in Spanish/ French/ Italian/ German an advantage Role Background We're looking for a commercially sharp, insight-led marketer to help define why customers should choose Avis and Budget. Reporting to the Director of Campaigns & Propositions, this role will lead the development of customer propositions for the direct-to-consumer business across Europe. You will play a central role in shaping the "why buy from us?" -translating customer needs, behavioural insight, and competitive dynamics into clear, compelling, and commercially viable propositions . This is a key role in building a new capability. You will help establish how proposition development works across the organisation-partnering closely with Product, Operations, Revenue Management, Digital and local markets to ensure propositions are not just compelling, but real and deliverable .
