About the role
The Injection Engineer is responsible for the setup, optimization, and maintenance of plastic injection molding processes to ensure stable production, high product quality, and equipment efficiency. Responsibilities
- Lead setup, trial, and qualification of injection molding machines and processes for new products (NPI).

- Monitor and improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and cycle time performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., IATF, customer requirements) and safety regulations
- What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanism/Automation/Industrial/Polymer or related field)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding process.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, tooling, and materials.
- Experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and quality improvement.
- Familiar with automatic or semi-automatic manufacturing process in automotive industry environment is preferred.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform structured root cause analysis (e.g., 8D).
- Basic knowledge of automation systems and MES integration is an advantage.
- Good English communication.
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing.
