In this opportunity as Conference Producer - 12 Month Contract , you will: Conduct research on emerging business and legal issues to develop high-quality conference content targeted at the Australian legal market Design and deliver event programs across the Thomson Reuters Legal Media Group portfolio, including drafting agendas and securing high-calibre speakers Manage the end-to-end delivery of conferences and events across Australia, including onsite execution Own the marketing strategy for events, including: Managing database utilisation and identifying opportunities to improve reach and engagement and Planning and executing email and digital marketing campaigns to maximise registrations and attendance Partner with sponsorship and commercial teams to secure event sponsorship, drive attendance, and deliver revenue targets Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Thomson Reuters Asia-Pacific to ensure effective event delivery and integrated marketing execution Plan and execute conferences, trade shows, and client engagement events, with accountability for outcomes, performance and commercial return About You You're a fit for the role of Conference Producer - 12 Month Contract if you have the following required qualifications: Minimum 5 years' experience in conferences, events, research, or a related commercial role, supported by a relevant tertiary qualification Strong research capability, including the ability to quickly understand complex topics using online sources and expert engagement Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and build relationships Proven ability to manage large-scale projects or event portfolios, including launching and growing commercial products or events Highly organised, with strong time management and administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently Experience developing marketing and promotional content for events, with a solid understanding of campaign execution Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment; legal sector knowledge in Australia is advantageous Knowledge of the legal sector in Australia is advantageous but not essential. #LI-LK1 What's in it For You?
