Job Description The Sr. Operations Manager provides strategic leadership and communication strategy execution for Program and Field Implementation (PFI); ensuring alignment, clarity, and operational efficiency across the organization. This role is responsible for driving leadership communications, governing internal collaboration methods, and leading execution of high priority internal initiatives. This position partners with leaders to enable decision-making through actionable insights, simplify communication channels, and drive execution of key priorities-enhancing alignment and organizational effectiveness. Additionally, the role enforces disciplined process management, including budget oversight and initiative governance. Operations & Communication Strategy : Lead execution of business unit strategy to support PFI senior leadership priorities and operating rhythm Define and execute the organizational communication strategy across stakeholders Develop and deliver executive communications, messaging frameworks, and leadership materials that ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with Advice & Wealth Management (AWM) strategic priorities Govern and optimize various communication platforms as the centralized hub for information, tools, and updates Translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable communications that drive alignment and engagement Project Execution & Initiative Delivery: Own end-to-end execution of internal initiatives aligned to PFI strategic priorities Translate business requirements into structured plans, ensuring disciplined execution, risk management, and accountability Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver initiatives on time and aligned to desired outcomes Drive operational efficiency through standardized processes, scalable delivery models, and continuous improvement Improve speed, alignment, and reliability of initiative delivery through strong execution ownership Operational Governance & Business Management: Execute departmental business unit compliance responsibilities, including budget oversight, cost management, and resource alignment Partner with Finance and leadership to monitor financial performance of the business and ensure disciplined governance Establish and maintain operational processes, reporting, and compliance standards Enable leadership effectiveness by supporting execution through structured planning, coordination, and follow-up Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence via ongoing optimization of business unit costs and procedures Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent work experience 6-8+ years of relevant experience required 4+ years of proven track record developing and executing enterprise communication strategies for senior leadership Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution with measurable outcomes Exceptional executive communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation development Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive alignment in a fast-paced environment
