As Flora Food Group continues to scale consumer-led innovation, the NA business requires strong operational support to ensure projects are tracked, updated and progressed effectively across functions. The PMO Coordinator acts as a critical enabler of execution discipline , supporting the PMO Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives land on time, in full, and with clear visibility . This role is critical to improving execution consistency, reducing follow-up gaps, and enabling teams to focus on decision-making rather than administration. Role impact Operating at the intersection of coordination and execution, you will help: Support delivery of the N. America PMO operating model , aligned to global P&P / PMO standards. Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of innovation and portfolio initiatives , acting as a reliable source for status, actions and next steps. Enable structured execution by maintaining project plans, tracking milestones and supporting governance cadence. Improve visibility, follow-through and coordination across the NA portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • PMO support & governance
  • Support implementation of the North America PMO framework , aligned to global standards.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, milestone trackers and governance templates.
  • Support governance cadences (weekly updates, monthly reviews, escalation forums) by preparing inputs and ensuring follow-through.
  • Ensure high-quality data maintenance in portfolio & project management systems.
  • Project coordination & execution support
  • Support the planning and coordination of priority innovation and portfolio initiatives from early-stage through to post-launch.
  • Maintain integrated project timelines based on briefs, commercial trade windows and key milestones.
  • Track dependencies, actions and progress across functions and projects.
  • Proactively flag risks, delays and gaps to the PMO Manager and project teams.
  • Coordinate weekly project updates, ensuring clear actions, owners and status tracking .
  • Cross-functional coordination
  • Support coordination across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Procurement and Operations.
  • Follow up on key inputs and deliverables (e.g. briefs, business cases, readiness milestones).
  • Support preparation of governance forums and leadership updates with clear, structured inputs.
  • Ensure transparency of status, risks and next steps across stakeholders.
  • Capability building
  • Support development of the N.A. PMO capability , including templates, trackers, and playbooks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of execution practices, tools and ways of working.
  • Act as a role model for organisation, discipline and attention to detail.

  • Key experience
  • 5+ years experience in project coordination, PMO, or similar roles (FMCG / CPG or complex environments preferred).
  • Experience supporting project tracking, reporting and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
  • Exposure to innovation, transformation or portfolio initiatives is a plus.
  • Familiarity with stage-gate processes or structured project delivery approaches is beneficial.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint and project tracking tools.
