The selected candidate will provide cost support for program activities within our Aeronautics Sector. This position will be located on site in Iuka, MS and will support a partial teleworking schedule (50% on site in Iuka, MS and 50% working from home). This Program Control Analyst position will interface with the program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements. Candidate will contribute valuable experience and knowledge with Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts and be able to apply them to multiple contracts for control accounts within an Integrated Product Team (IPT). Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Setting up cost control systems, monitoring and controlling costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system Performing analyses and preparing reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work and performing and/or assisting in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis Monitoring funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures and preparation of expenditure projections Incorporating contractual changes into control systems Performing financial analysis including monthly financial reporting/forecasting of Awards, Sales Margin & Cash Driving and delivering on Monthly EAC management and reporting as well as quarterly profitability and Return on Sales (ROS) reporting Continually assessing and improving financial reporting processes to enhance efficiencies Collaborating with Control Account Managers (CAMs), Program Managers (PMs) and Business Managers (BMs) on program execution needs and timelines
