Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer projects from New Product Introduction (NPI) through mass production and operational support.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor project timelines, scope, milestones and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Quality teams to drive project success.
- Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring project requirements and expectations are met.
- Prepare and manage project quotations, Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) costs, project budgets and financial tracking.
- Support project revenue, profitability and commercial objectives while ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Manage customer contracts, project changes, deliverables and overall project commitments.
- Investigate project issues, identify risks and coordinate corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare project reports, presentations and management updates.
- Support product transfer, engineering changes and manufacturing readiness for new product launches.
Requirements
- Singaporean only
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of project management or program management experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Contract Manufacturing (CM) or manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfers or manufacturing projects.
- Good understanding of costing, quotations, Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) and project financial management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, adaptable and willing to support occasional on-call duties, including weekends, when required.
