We are seeking a Marketing Technology Implementation Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing operation of our marketing technology stack in alignment with globally defined architecture, platforms, and standards. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure our technology solutions are effectively implemented, adopted, and operated under established global guidance. Job Responsibilities : Implementation & Integration Support the execution of marketing‑technology related implementations and integration activities in accordance with global standards, approved toolsets, and documented processes. Platform Knowledge Develop and maintain operational familiarity with the organization's marketing technology stack to support execution, configuration, routine troubleshooting, and user enablement, consistent with globally defined standards and guidance. Tool Expansion / New Tools Identify execution gaps, configuration needs, or usage challenges in existing tools and document findings and recommendations for review and decision by global Marketing Technology leadership. Troubleshooting Troubleshoot and resolve routine configuration, data, and integration issues related to marketing technology in accordance with global playbooks, escalating complex non-standard architectural or platform‑level matters to global platform owners as required. Governance & Process Support the Sr. Director of Marketing Technology in executing and adhering to governance frameworks and operational processes defined by global leadership to support the rollout of marketing technologies. Training & Enablement Provide training and support to marketing team members on the use of marketing technology platforms using global training materials, documentation, and standards. Industry Trends & Innovation Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in MarTech and share relevant operational insights to inform continuous improvement discussions.
