Cricket Digital Producer - Battle of Bats

About the role

You will own the digital presence of Battle of Bats - end to end. Instagram, YouTube, player stories, match content, behind-the-scenes, reels, thumbnails, captions. All of it. This is not a support role. You will be the engine behind our entire digital show. *For this position you are required to attend the office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday), and remote work on Friday. Battle of Bats is building the greatest cricket show the world has ever seen. Our goal is simple: the most entertaining cricket experience audiences have seen in years. We're not a league. We're not a tournament. We're an entertainment brand - and cricket is our stage. In 2027, we bring together three teams - India, USA and Universe - for three days of cricket, rivalry, and storytelling. Every match is content. Every story matters. We're a small, ambitious team and we're looking for our next key player.

Responsibilities

• Our Instagram - entertaining, consistent, and built to grow fast
• Our YouTube channel - from match highlights to player documentaries
• Player stories - pros and amateurs alike, told in a way that stops people scrolling and goes viral
• Behind-the-scenes content from training, matches, and everything in between
• Short-form video, long-form video, captions, thumbnails - the full stack
• Audience retention - you care about people watching to the end, not just clicking

Requirements

• A generalist - you can shoot, edit, write, and post
• Obsessed with cricket and with how stories are told online
• You understand what makes people stop scrolling
• You've grown (or helped grow) a social account before
• Fast, autonomous, and proactive - you don't wait to be told
• You think in content series, not just individual posts
