Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and design solutions to meet these requirements
  • Facilitate interaction with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements

  • SAP Finance subject matter expertise in two or more of the following domains: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting
  • Funds Management experience, to include the ability to track and control detailed budgets organized by Fund (source of budget), funds center (area of responsibility), and commitment item (type of expenditure)
  • Configuration experience and the ability to create a budget for each level of this 3-dimensional structure

The work The SAP Finance Consultant will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring SAP FI solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. You will provide ongoing production support, assist with closing activities and collaborate closely with finance stakeholders to optimize processes, drive system improvements, and support full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.
