- 8+ years experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, FinTech, or the payments sector. You bring a strong generalist toolkit with a clear understanding of how individual channel levers (Performance, Lifecycle, Content, Events) operate, allowing you to effectively partner with channel owners.
- Mindset: A self-starter with strong ownership, adaptability, and curiosity to ramp up quickly and cover a diverse range of business segments and priorities.

- A day in the life and how you'll make an impact:
- This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication and project management skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across remote teams. There is a temporary people management component. This position will be a 12-month long contract with opportunity to go perm.
- Campaign Strategy & Budget: Take ownership of the inflight marketing strategy, ensuring executional excellence while adapting the plan to shifting internal and external factors; Manage the Melio marketing budget, ensuring initiatives stay on track and on budget.
- Event Strategy: Drive event strategy, such as how and where Melio shows up in the field, collaborating closely with the in-house Events team to execute; ensure our market presence drives measurable engagement and leads.
- Measurement & Reporting: Embed testing, measurement, and optimization into all campaign activity, seeking continuous improvement and fostering a feedback loop across internal marketing channel teams, GTM, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
