About the role
The Production Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of production employees, ensuring that production delivery, quality, and cost metrics are met. - Work with extended team to identify and execute process/tool improvements:
- Manager
- Manufacturing Engineering / Development Engineering
- Maintenance Team
- What You bring
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, related discipline, and/or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience
- 6+ years of experience in high complexity technology manufacturing environment with experience in project management, engineering, quality, manufacturing, and new product introduction.
- 0-3+ years of leading and mentoring technical and non-technical teams.
- Lean manufacturing hands-on experience
- Possess a prominent level of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to simplify issues/direction and communicate verbally and in writing to all levels of employees.
- Ability to pull information together from numerous sources and consolidate it into a plan/direction for the organization.
