About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Movenpick Hotel and Convention Centre KLIA. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic relationships with clients. Additional language is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management role Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Excellent negotiation and communication skills Experience in strategic planning and performance analysis In-depth knowledge of Malaysian business cultures Understanding of cross-cultural communication and business practices
