- Shift Work: Work rotational shifts every two weeks (days 7 AM-3 PM, afternoons 3 PM-11 PM, midnights 11 PM-7 AM) to support 24/7 operations.
- Success Metrics: Success will be demonstrated by meeting production targets, maintaining high safety and quality standards, fostering a motivated and accountable team, and driving continuous operational improvements.

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience (3+ years) in manufacturing supervision, preferably in a unionized environment.
- Strong ability to manage and motivate teams in challenging cultures and hold employees accountable.
- Solid knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
- Experience in foundry or heavy industrial manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) for production planning and reporting.
