About the role

Location : Amsterdam Duration : 3 months Start date : June 2026 Employment type: Fixed-term, full-time Compensation: Comparable to a junior full-time role Eligibility : Current University student (Computer Science or related field), Recent Graduate or Early Career specialist As an Early Talent in Product Operations , you will help Nebius run its product operating cadence: how products move from idea to launch, how roadmaps stay accurate, and how teams stay aligned as our cloud platform scales across regions and services.This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Marketing. You will not own product strategy or discovery, but you will help ensure that execution is predictable, launches are high quality, and operational signals are turned into clear inputs for product planning.You will work on real, production-facing processes that directly affect how Nebius ships complex cloud and AI products. Your responsibilities will include: Support the product launch process, including readiness checks, launch coordination, and post-launch follow-ups Help maintain and improve launch frameworks for features, services, and regional rollouts Assist Product Managers in keeping roadmaps accurate, structured, and usable for leadership and go-to-market teams Participate in and help run cross-functional product rituals across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Marketing Ensure products are clearly documented, correctly staged (private / public), and ready to be sold and supported Collect and structure operational signals (support issues, sales blockers, billing or capacity gaps) into actionable insights Contribute ideas to improve how product execution scales as Nebius grows We expect you to have: Strong interest in technology, particularly cloud infrastructure and machine learning, with basic understanding of infrastructure and ML Ops concepts Ability to engage confidently with engineering teams in a technical environment Interest in product development and understanding of how products move from idea to launch Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain structured roadmaps, documentation, and operational processes Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and structure operational signals into actionable insights Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Marketing High initiative, ownership mindset, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, cross-functional environment Fluent English
