Additional Information

The Industry Development Division 1 (IDD1) is part of the Training Partners Group in SSG which aims to build a robust and high quality Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem through strategic partnerships and management of CET providers, and engagement of enterprises in skills development. Specifically, IDD1 is responsible for:Supports account management, administrative, and operational delivery for CET centres, SkillsFuture QueenBee, Programme Partner and provides coordinated backend and selected course processing support to ensure continuity of operations during periods of increased workload. This job role reports to a Team Lead in the division. The candidate will perform the following key tasks and any other tasks as assigned by his/her supervisor(s): a) Administrative and Operational Support - Supports the Account Managers on administrative and operational matters. - Coordinates internal and external communications related to programme operations. - Maintains administrative records, trackers, and supporting documentation. - Provides logistical and scheduling support for meetings and briefings. b) Course Processing Support (Selected Components) - Supports selected course processing activities through data collation and backend coordination. - Coordinates with internal stakeholders and partners to facilitate processing workflows. - Provides surge administrative support during peak processing periods
