For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $128,480.00- $192,720 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The Digital Power organization is looking for a Solution Architect to drive the technical design and specification of sophisticated power monitoring and control solutions in the Power & Grid market. What Do You Do Every Day? Develop solutions comprised of IoT hardware, software, and services used to monitor and control a customer's electrical distribution network. Lead technical customer engagement for the Energy Parks initiative by architecting and positioning integrated digital power and grid solutions that enable scalable, resilient, and sustainable energy ecosystems. Consult with customers, specifiers, and sales partners to bring cutting-edge solutions to the market. Work with a team of regional account executives, solution architects, digital sellers, quotations specialists, engineers, project managers, and other cross-functional professionals to deliver outside the box solutions. Challenge the status quo to creatively grow the Power &Grid business with new products and software offerings. Proposal and design documentation development including system overview, scope of work, bill of material, and project pricing. Become a trusted advisor with clients in the Power & Grid market segment to influence and guide the design of their electrical distribution system.
