We're looking for someone who can step back, understand the bigger picture, and apply policies with context - not rigidity.If you're comfortable working in the grey areas, thinking critically, and owning outcomes, this role is for you.What will you be doing:Team & External ManagementManage a small team in Prague, focusing on performance, engagement, and development.Coordinate external counsel and consultants, including international law firms.Oversee the compliance budget.InvestigationsManage the European whistleblowing platform and ensure legal compliance.Coordinate independent investigations of reported breaches with relevant functions and committees.Risk MitigationPrevent reputational harm by avoiding significant litigation or investigations related to anti-bribery, anti-corruption, whistleblower protection, sanctions, and listing rules.Compliance CultureLead efforts to embed a culture of compliance through engaging communications and training.Oversee the rollout of the Global Compliance Program across Europe.Develop ethics and compliance codes for regional use.Governance & ReportingSupport Europe Zone and Business Unit Compliance Committees.Collaborate with national legal teams to implement the Global Compliance Program and monitor investigations.Lead quarterly reporting to ABI's Audit Committee and annual reporting to the Board.Ensure compliance integration during M&A activities.External EngagementDevelop and execute a strategy to elevate AB InBev Europe's compliance profile within the broader compliance community.Health insurancePerformance bonusParental leave
