Responsibilities Provide top-notch customer support to Swedish-speaking clients regarding their travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with bookings, itinerary questions, and service details. Effectively resolve complaints and issues to ensure a smooth travel experience for customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure the timely follow-up on outstanding inquiries. Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to address customer needs efficiently. Educate clients about travel options, policies, and safety measures. Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service improvements. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficient in CRM systems and standard office applications. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
