Supply Chain Manager (End to End Process) - Up till $7000 basic + Variable Bonus

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a management position.
• Proven experience managing a team of 20+ individuals, preferably across supply chain functions.

Supply Chain Manager (End to End Process) | Up till $7000 basic + Variable Bonus Working days: 5 days work week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Working location: Yishun Responsible Lead and manage the Procurement and Logistics teams (approximately 30 employees). Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution. Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvements. Develop and implement supply chain planning and forecasting strategies. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies. Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring. Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock. Analyze supply chain performance and prepare management reports using KPIs. Lead continuous improvement, automation, and system enhancement initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and other departments to support business objectives and ensure smooth operations.
