Responsibilities

- Demonstrated experience in a secondary discipline (either Operations or Maintenance) is advantageous
- Proven hands-on approach with a strong track record of field execution and a self-driven, proactive work ethic
- Proficient in English, with the ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated capability in the safe operation of hazardous processes and/or strong troubleshooting and maintenance execution expertise within a technical discipline
- Experience in managing electrical hazards is advantageous, particularly in environments with high electrical equipment exposure
- Strong willingness and commitment to develop competencies in a secondary skillset (Operations or Maintenance discipline
- Fluency in Dutch is an advantage but not required, as the working environment operates in English
