Title and Reporting Functional Title: Business Development Manager. Reporting Line: You will report to the Company's Partner, Ms. Belle Anna Quek. The nature of the Company's business demands that you remain flexible to service the best interests of the Company and its clients. You agree to undertake such duties as the Company may reasonably allocate to you. Devotion of Time You shall devote the whole of your time, attention, and abilities to the Company and use your best endeavours to promote and protect the welfare of the Company. Core Job Responsibilities You will primarily, but not be limited to, be responsible for: - Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for the Singapore market - Conducting market research to identify potential clients - Prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating new business opportunities - Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target industries - Crafting data-driven sales proposals for AI lighting solutions - Negotiating and closing deals - Building a network of industry contacts and partners - Tracking and reporting sales performance metrics to the Partner
