Job Description Oversee and coordinate site operations to ensure works are completed on schedule, in full compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Discharge all duties and responsibilities of a Site Supervisor in accordance with BCA regulations and statutory requirements. Ensure construction activities comply with contract documents, approved drawings, technical specifications, work programmes, and site instructions. Review construction drawings and specifications, identify inconsistencies or discrepancies, and promptly report findings to the Officer-in-Charge (OIC). Conduct inspections of materials and workmanship to verify compliance with approved standards; initiate corrective actions and report non-conformances to the RE/QP when required. Supervise and verify that all structural and critical works are carried out strictly in accordance with approved design and construction plans. Participate in site, progress, variation, QA/QC, and coordination meetings, and ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record-keeping of all proceedings.
