Job DescriptionThis position is open across Level II, Senior, and Lead levels, depending on the candidate's experience, scope of expertise, and ability to operate in complex, customer-facing environments.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, implement, and support network connectivity solutions within multi-tenant VMware environments, with a strong focus on NSXTroubleshoot complex network issues across east-west and north-south traffic flows, including routing, firewalling, and segmentationServe as a Tier 3 escalation point for advanced connectivity and network-related incidentsEnsure network performance, availability, and reliability in alignment with defined SLAs and customer expectationsConfigure and manage NSX components, including logical switching, routing, distributed firewall, load balancing, and VPN servicesImplement and enforce microsegmentation and security policies to protect customer environmentsSupport customer onboarding, migrations, and platform upgrades, ensuring seamless connectivity and minimal disruptionCollaborate cross-functionally with cloud, infrastructure, security, and support teams to deliver integrated solutionsParticipate in root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management activities to identify and prevent recurring issuesContribute to the development and maintenance of standardized MSP service offerings and operational proceduresAutomate and optimize network provisioning and operational tasks where possibleAct as a technical advisor to customers, providing guidance on best practices, architecture, and optimizationMentor and support junior engineers, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing through Knowledge Base articlesThe Company offers eligible eVision insuranceRemote work optionsFlexible schedule
