Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Planning
  • Work closely with the team in developing paid media strategies and recommendations to help clients achieve their KPIs
  • Drive strategic and tactical innovation across digital media platforms including Social, Display, App campaigns and Search (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads,DV360, Tiktok Ads Manager)
  • Tag management through Google Tag Manager
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, working closely with them on a day-to-day basis to implement digital campaign strategies, covering media planning, data analysis, publisher negotiations, and more
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of campaign operations
  • Prepare campaign reports and industry reports for performance analysis. Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Appflyer) to understand the impact of media activity on business performance and use this insight to supplement reports
  • Campaign Implementation / Operations
  • Workwith media traders to coordinate the end-to-end execution of campaign plans
  • Book and activate campaigns - both managed service and self-service across various platforms, mainly for social and display
  • Support digital ad operations, including review of creative assets in accordance with channel specifications and ad trafficking
  • Campaign administration - Liaise with clients for material submission which meet the best practice guidelines for the campaign & ad format; work with media owners to ensure that the guidelines are up to date and accurate
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance across channels
  • Campaign financial administration - Work with billing team to ensure that plans are billed correctly, and in a timely manner
  • Requirements for this role:
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines
  • 0-2 years of working experience in marketing or, communications; prior media experience in traditional and digital media will be a plus. Fresh grads with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge & proficiency in digital buying platforms strongly preferred (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360)
  • Knowledge & proficiency in analytics platforms strongly preferred (e.g. GoogleAnalytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Power BI)
  • Good understanding of the media and advertising landscape in Singapore (including offline, digital display, ad networks and third-party partners), and local market nuances
  • Competency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good with numbers
