Working closely with Engineering, Configuration Management, Integrated Logistics Support, and Program teams, you will help establish and continuously improve our technical publications capability while contributing to the development of documentation processes that support products from design through operational service. What You'll Do Develop, maintain, and manage technical documentation following S1000D standards. Establish and continuously improve the company's technical publications capability. Create and maintain operator manuals, maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogues, and other technical publications. Manage documentation updates, revisions, and change control throughout the product lifecycle. Ensure consistency between engineering data, configuration baselines, and technical documentation. Support the implementation and management of Common Source Databases and technical authoring environments. Review, validate, and verify documentation produced by internal teams and external suppliers. Collaborate with Engineering, ILS, and Configuration Management teams to ensure technical accuracy. Support customer reviews, audits, qualification activities, and documentation acceptance processes. Contribute to engineering change management and configuration control activities. Develop and improve documentation standards, procedures, and best practices. Support proposal and bid activities by preparing technical publications and support documentation deliverables. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, Aerospace, Defence, Logistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. 2 to 4 years of experience developing technical documentation using S1000D standards. Experience working with Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals and documentation lifecycle management. Good understanding of configuration management principles. Experience working with technical publications in highly regulated industries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience with Common Source Databases and XML based documentation environments is considered a strong advantage. Exposure to aerospace, UAV, defence, or military programs is highly desirable. Knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support principles is considered a plus. Additional European languages are an advantage.
