Join Caterpillar's Customer Solutions Core Regions Division as a C ondition Monitoring Performance Manager within our Fleet Monitoring Center team . We're seeking a highly skilled, experienced professional to drive performance and deliver advanced condition monitoring solutions. Role Summary: Lead the development and execution of the Fleet Monitoring Center training and onboarding strategy, equipping internal teams and customers with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to succeed. Partner cross-functionally with Cat Digital, Global Dealer Learning, Product Groups, and Fleet Monitoring Center teams to assess training needs, build effective onboarding programs, and deliver scalable learning solutions that strengthen performance and drive adoption. What You Will Do (Job Duties): Build scalable training programs that strengthen FMC workforce capability and performance. Serve as the FMC subject matter expert for condition monitoring and Cat Foresight. Partner with Cat Digital to capture feedback, coordinate enhancements, and resolve system issues. Develop and maintain the FMC Learning Site to keep training resources accessible and aligned to business needs. Deliver training events that advance condition monitoring best practices and tool expertise . Support Condition Monitoring Advisor responsibilities as business needs require. A d ditional Information: Work Location: Peoria, IL Travel: Up to 25% Domestic relocation will be considered. No sponsorship / no international relocation will be supported. Summary Pay Range: $128,470.00 - $192,710.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
