They are currently enhancing their regional data capabilities and are looking for a professional who thrives in a culture of integrity, precision, and strategic digital evolution. His role acts as the critical bridge between business architecture and engineering, translating complex capital markets and banking requirements into precise technical workflows and system logic.

Responsibilities

• Elicit technical and business requirements from domain leads, translating them into detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), data mappings, and system workflows.
• Partner with enterprise architects and development teams to facilitate complex system configurations, downstream integration architecture, and delta/gap analyses.
• Own functional delivery across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), driving phases from initial scoping and logic design through to deployment engineering.
• Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis (RCA), and incident resolution during rigorous System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
• Ensure all technical builds, schema changes, and parameter setups comply with internal security governance and MAS/international financial regulations.
• skills and experience required:
• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Systems Analyst within a banking or financial services environment.
• Deep, hands-on functional proficiency working with major enterprise core banking platforms (architecture, modules, parameter tables, and batch/EOD processing).
• Strong technical understanding of trade execution lifecycles, securities processing, corporate actions, custody infrastructure, and global payment messaging infrastructure (e.g., SWIFT, ISO 20022).
• Proven experience working alongside engineering teams within Agile/Scrum delivery structures and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Analytical capabilities with a track record of diagnosing system gaps, querying data, and managing complex environment deliverables under tight sprint schedules.
