The Oxford Green Estate manages farmland and green spaces that support sustainable farming, biodiversity, and education. Our farm combines commercial agriculture with environmental improvement and research, creating a varied and rewarding place to work. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to manage a 900-acre mixed farm within the University of Oxford's Oxford Green Estate. The farm supports livestock, arable and grassland production, while contributing to environmental projects and agricultural research. As Farm Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the farm, ensuring safe, efficient, and productive management of livestock, crops, staff, contractors, infrastructure, budgets, and records. Working closely with research teams and farming partners, you will support field trials, innovative farming practices, and environmental schemes. This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to influence the future of farming and land management. The role requires flexibility to work outside standard hours, including weekends, when operationally required.
