Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager (M&E / Electrical)

About the role

Job Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day project activities, resources and meet up regularly with project engineers, site supervisors and workers. Plan and schedule for materials, sub-contractor, manpower to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Ensure the execution of the project in compliance with approved drawing and specifications requirements. Coordinate internal resources and sub-contractor/vendors for the smooth execution of projects. Well-versed in project works procedures and methodologies and able to coordinate a team of different disciplines to achieve the best results. Troubleshoot problems that come up during projects. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, main contractor, sub-contractor and suppliers. Take an ownership mindset and work cost-effectively and diligently.
