THG is investing in bringing consistency and quality to how it measures and reports business performance. As BI Analyst for Nutrition, you will sit within the central Reporting & BI function - reporting to the Reporting Lead - but with a specific focus on building and maintaining the Tableau reporting suite for the Nutrition division. This means you are the person who knows the Nutrition dashboards inside out. You will own the day-to-day maintenance and evolution of the Nutrition reporting estate - ensuring that dashboards are accurate, up to date, and built to the standards set by the Reporting Lead. You will also work on developing new reporting capability as the division's needs evolve. You will work closely with the Nutrition Data & Insight team - the analysts and leads who use your dashboards every day - as well as the Reporting Lead who sets the framework and standards you work within. The Reporting Lead will also manage a second BI Analyst aligned to the Beauty division, so you will have a peer working alongside you with whom you can collaborate and share approaches.
