- Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Forecasting, Reporting & Ad Hoc Analysis
- Support quarterly forecasting, annual operating planning, and long-range strategic planning processes as needed

- Evaluate performance trends, assess risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to Finance leadership and business stakeholder
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a finance point of contact for strategic initiatives, coordinating with teams across the business
- Translate financial insights into clear narratives that support stakeholder understanding and strategic decision-making
- Collaborate on presentations and materials for executive audiences and project steering groups
- Process Improvement
- Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting efficiency to drive efficiency aligned with strategic objectives
- Performance Monitoring
- Track KPIs and performance metrics aligned with company objectives
- Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting
- Monitor cost controls and recommend efficiency improvements
- Things That Should Be In Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Working Conditions
- 5% of travel via plane, car, and train may be required
- Flexibility to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant
- Physical Requirements
- Mobility within the office including movement from floor to floor
- Access information using a computer
- This is a hybrid position, based out of our Crystal City, VA office.
