As a Business Process Analyst at Uline's Monterrey location, you'll translate data to help streamline Finance processes and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Work closely with departments to support our teams and ensure efficient operations. Careers Packed with Potential. Position Responsibilities Analyze data to recommend and implement process improvements that streamline Finance operations. Design, build and maintain finance processes, tools and workflow solutions using SQL, Power BI, Power Automate and RPA. Translate data into actionable insights through clear, concise summaries and present strategic findings to senior leadership. Research and implement emerging technologies and techniques to enhance efficiency. Lead training sessions and workshops to support team member development and promote best practices. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms. 2+ years of experience in Finance, Business Intelligence, Process Improvement, or related fields. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and Excel. Experience in Python, Power Automate and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) preferred.
