Deputy Project Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; a degree recognized by the Singapore PE Board is preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience managing high-rise building projects, with at least one completed project cycles.
• At least CPAS Tier B certificate of accreditation.
• Possess BIM Management certification and DfSP (Design for Safety Professional) certification.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a proven track record in the building industry.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
• Must able to lead the project team.

Additional Information

Job Duties - Report directly to top management, providing regular updates on project status and key milestones. - Oversee the overall implementation and completion of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. - Lead and manage a team of professional and technical staff in the planning and execution of daily operations. - Coordinate and collaborate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues. - Ensure all project activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and specific healthcare facility requirements. - Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. - Monitor project budgets and manage resources efficiently, implementing cost-control measures to avoid overruns. - Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring that project goals are achieved and expectations are met.
