Nationwide Commercial IT is seeking a Senior Consultant, Technology Innovation Analyst (TIA) to help shape the future state of Middle Market Underwriting segments. This is a highly strategic, high-visibility role at the intersection of business vision and technology delivery, where you'll turn complex ideas into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions. As a Senior TIA, you are more than a contributor, you are a trusted advisor and driver of innovation. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, partnering with senior and executive leadership to: Translate complex, ambiguous business challenges into strategic, fundable initiatives Lead end-to-end shaping of large, cross-functional programs Influence enterprise priorities, investment decisions, and product strategy Establish and mature practices across teams and initiatives Deliver innovative, technology-driven solutions that create measurable business value Must have prior Middle Market knowledge Your work will directly shape the direction of Commercial Lines and drive transformation.
