Our Business Platforms team develops and manages integrated digital platforms that support various business functions, efficiency, connectivity, and innovation across the organization. They are experts in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation, Content Management Systems (CMS), Information Technology Management Systems (ITMS), E-Commerce, Intranet and InsurTech. As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer , you will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical solutions for a variety of clients implementing marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on end-to-end solutions , allowing you to develop a deeper understanding of the bigger picture , the connections between systems, and contribution of your work to high-impact customer engagement solutions. Your responsibilities include: Develop and optimize complex audience segmentation queries for targeted multichannel campaigns (email, mobile push, SMS etc.) Create, enhance, and maintain dynamic personalization features for each channel Design and implement automation workflows to optimize data flows and customer journeys Use APIs and data connectors to ensure scalable seamless communication between the marketing platform and external systems (eg. CRM, CDP, Data Warehouses, Analytics). Collaborate with stakeholders (marketers, business analysts, and solution architects) to understand requirements and turn them into technical solutions Participate in technical solution design discussions to provide recommendations on best practices, scalability, and efficiency Ensure high-quality code through testing, debugging, and peer reviews before production. Provide technical guidance and mentorship for team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development across the team Stay up to date with platform updates, new features, and industry trends to optimize solutions Technical Skills: 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud , or 4+ years of experience with different roles or marketing automation platforms Strong understanding of platform capabilities and solution design , leveraging SFMC features to propose scalable, tailored solutions for complex business needs Solid data modelling & SQL knowledge for data querying, segmentation and transformation. Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate marketing platforms with external systems. Experience with JavaScript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) for scripting and automations. HTML, CSS, AMPscript experience for content development and personalization.
