About the role

The Solar Project Coordinator is the operational hub of our installation process. You will be responsible for managing residential solar projects from site installation to final inspection and commissioning. Your ultimate goal is to ensure every project is executed safely, monitoring timely projects completion and to our strict standards of high-quality workmanship. You will serve as the primary liaison between our customers, installation and project management team. Job summary Manage residential solar projects from installation to commissioning as Solar Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple residential/commercial solar projects simultaneously.
• Schedule site surveys, daily site visit and monitoring site supervisors on installations and inspections, ensuring zero downtime for installation teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks or delays in the project pipeline.
• Procure and allocate inventory/materials ahead of scheduled installation dates.
• Manage productivity and manpower deployment.
• Enforce company quality standards by coordinating closely with Site supervisors and Solar Engineers.
• Review post-installation photos and QA/QC checklists to verify correct system layout, propose cabling runs.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, electrical standards, and MOM safety regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the homeowner throughout the installation process.
• Provide regular, transparent updates regarding project milestones, timeline expectations, and next steps.
• About you
• Min 2 years as project foreman, coordinator or operations (Experience in the solar or Electrical industry is highly preferred).
• Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A sharp eye for detail, especially when reviewing technical documents, permits, and installation photos.
• Decent written and verbal communication skills in Basic English; comfortable speaking with customers, authorities and installation team.
• Able to report daily site progress to management and client via WhatsApp.
