Responsibilities

  • Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within maintenance or manufacturing environments (2-5 years preferred).
  • Intermediate level of English, with the ability to hold a technical conversation.
  • Availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts (4x3 schedule).
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Proven experience leading work teams
  • Experience with CNC Machining, PLCs, and electrical system
  • Knowledge of FANUC and Siemens CNC controls
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Rockwell, and Siemens.
