- Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within maintenance or manufacturing environments (2-5 years preferred).
- Intermediate level of English, with the ability to hold a technical conversation.
- Availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts (4x3 schedule).
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Proven experience leading work teams
- Experience with CNC Machining, PLCs, and electrical system
- Knowledge of FANUC and Siemens CNC controls
- Strong teamwork skills
- Familiarity with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Rockwell, and Siemens.
