Explore the BDC Way in our Culture Book POSITION OVERVIEW As an HR Coordinator at BDC, the only bank dedicated exclusively to Canadian entrepreneurs, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of HR programs and in-person activities. You will play a key role in ensuring the coordination of HR program initiatives end-to-end, including administrative support, reviewing communications, and aligning stakeholders to enable seamless execution. You will ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of both in-person and virtual sessions while contributing to a positive and seamless employee experience. Your work supports the development of employees and, ultimately, the growth of Canadian businesses. CHALLENGES TO BE MET Training & Event Coordination Coordinate logistics for training sessions (rooms, catering, materials, equipment) Manage participant lists, invitations, and communications Support facilitators and ensure sessions run smoothly Maintain training calendars and schedules Program Administration & Support Support the delivery of learning and leadership programs Prepare and maintain documentation (guides, templates, communications) Manage shared inboxes and respond to inquiries Stakeholder Coordination Act as a point of contact between teams, facilitators, vendors, and participants Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders Logistics & Problem Solving Anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly Ensure a seamless participant experience Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
