Production Operator / Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and complete production tasks efficiently according to schedule.
• Ensure timely, high‑quality output by following established work procedures, process standards, and safety regulations.
• Optimize use of tools and equipment to maintain productivity.
• Perform self‑inspection and peer inspection to uphold product quality.
• Identify and report quality issues promptly, working closely with team members to resolve them.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for smoother production processes.
• Implement 5S / 6S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Prior experience in an electronics manufacturing environment .
• Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge control) and shop floor practices such as 5S/6S.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
