The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a hands‑on leader, and a disciplined project manager with 10+ years of experience overseeing construction initiatives from planning through commissioning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Manage contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
  • Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, facility owners, and regulatory bodies to maintain clear communication and timely decision‑making.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain proactive project controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Must be EIT or PE
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management.,
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex project scopes.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contractor performance.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to work on‑site as needed to support project execution.
