Responsibilities

- Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, employee experience, engagement, organizational development, or related fields
- Experience supporting large, complex organizations and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to influence leaders at multiple levels
- Ability to translate data, feedback, and insights into clear, actionable strategies
- Experience leading or supporting change, communications, or engagement initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel up to 20%
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare or similarly complex, regulated environments
- Background in employee listening strategies, analytics, or workforce insights
- Experience creating leader enablement tools such as toolkits, discussion guides, and communication materials
- Strong data literacy with ability to interpret trends and tell a compelling story with insights
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
- For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 111,300 - 185,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
- This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
