Training Support Division Director

About the role

You will serve as a TRAINING SUPPORT DIVISON DIRECTOR in the G-3/5 TRAINING SUPPORT DIVISION of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning functions between Training and Education; implementing and managing assigned programs; develops integrates short and long range plans; assess the impact of plans on organizations and their missions and review and evaluate the validity of recommendations made and overall program effectiveness.
