To prepare and produce food within our production areas including cold rooms, kitchens, bakery and salad preparation areas, ensuring all products meet our high quality and safety standards. To follow detailed product specifications, recipes and production procedures consistently. To safely handle allergens, food production equipment and sharp tools while preparing, assembling, packaging and dispatching salads, cakes and ready-to-eat products. To work efficiently to meet daily production volumes and deadlines for delivery to our Units. To maintain excellent hygiene standards, including cleaning down workstations and equipment in line with food safety and company procedures. To support Chef colleagues across the Central Production Kitchen and wider operations, including our burger van when required. Working Environment You will spend the majority of your shift working in our temperature-controlled cold rooms (chilled environments). Although full PPE and warm protective clothing are provided, the environment remains cold, so you must be comfortable working in these conditions for the full duration of your shift.
