Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Timely preparation of import documentation and authorizations for all air and sea shipments.
• Ensuring timely management of carriage for imports and exports.
• Making of form, M SONCAP certificates etc
• Maintenance of systems data requirements and ensuring integrity at all times.
• Ensuring the integrity of import and export documentations such as final invoice, CCVO, MC packing list.
• Verifications of all freight invoices.
• General Requirement for the position:
• Experience in a telecom engineering company, telecoms vendor or ICT is preferred and is of to priority.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer science or telecommunications engineering or relevant degree as applicable.
• Good customer services orientation, communication skills, and good team spirit and have ability to work independently
• Should be ready to work under pressure in all kind of working condition.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel and PowerPoint)
• Applications should be open to learning new skills and technology
• Self motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and fluent in English both oral and written.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a corporate.
