- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage a queue of requests independently and make sound decisions aligned with the team and company needs
- Experience managing confidential customer data

This role will support key accounts by providing data-driven insights to optimize IXL's implementation and benefits within schools and districts. Collaborating with Account Management, you will identify and fulfill the data requirements of our high-priority customers.
